About CutNoodle

CutNoodle is an independent collection of free browser tools for creators. It helps people edit video and audio locally, and turn public activity on X into visuals they can understand and share.

Who builds it

CutNoodle is designed, written and maintained by Filippo Pelloia. The tools, explanations and limits on this site are based on how the product actually works; they are not outsourced summaries or pages generated to cover unrelated search terms.

Questions, corrections and technical reports can be sent to support@cut-noodle.com. You can also follow Filippo on X for product updates.

What the project is for

The video and audio tools solve narrow, practical jobs without asking for a large upload or a subscription first. The X tools make public interactions easier to read, but they never pretend that a public score can describe a private relationship or a whole person.

The aim is to keep the core tools free and understandable. Voluntary support, clearly labelled sponsorships and advertising can help fund that work without turning the features that bring people here into a paywall.

How tools and guides are maintained

The guides contain the longer explanations. How CutNoodle works describes local video processing, and the individual X tool pages publish their own scoring methods and data limits.

Privacy is part of the design

Video and audio files used by the local tools stay on the user's device. X tools read public information through the services identified on their pages and calculate their results in the browser. The exact services, retention rules and user choices are documented in the privacy policy and cookie policy.

Independent project

CutNoodle is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp, Google, Adobe, Descript or the other products discussed in its guides and comparisons. Their names are used only when needed to identify a platform, format or alternative.
